The civil construction of No.2No.3 cooling tower of circulating water device of Gongqingcheng refinery project is advancing smoothlyorderly according to the established node plan, the morale of construction site is high,the progress of the project is fastfurious.

Up to now, 420 cubic meters of concrete has been poured for the No. 2No. 3 cooling towers constructed by the ChineseRussian construction teams respectively. Among them, the Chinese side is responsible for the construction of the No. 2 cooling tower platform columns, inter-walls, platform enclosure wall reinforcement binding has been completed, the enclosure wall, the eaves of the outer layer of the template has been completed, the remaining 120 cubic meters of concrete pouring before the construction of the preparatory work has been completed 80%. The Russian side is responsible for the construction of the No. 3 cooling tower platform columns, inter-wallsplatform enclosure wall reinforcement binding has been completed, the remaining 130 cubic meters of concrete pouring before the completion of the construction preparation work has been completed by 50%.
